Getting the best rates at Motel 540 is easy
- 1 Book a room using the Motel 540 website
- 2 If you find the same room type, for the same date/s, on another website within 24 hours of making your booking, submit a Rate Claim Form
- 3 If the rate is lower, in accordance with our Terms & Conditions, we’ll refund you the difference and give you an additional 10% discount on the night/s which the lower rate is available on.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- 1 The guarantee is applicable only to Motel 540 and must be accompanied by a confirmed Motel 540 online reservation number and confirmation of full payment.
- 2 Competing lower rate must be a nightly room-only rate that is publicly available, viewable and immediately bookable with instant confirmation on another website for the same room type, stay dates, number of guests, deposit / cancellation policy and currency (NZD). Taking a screen shot is suggested just in case the rate is no longer viewable when the claim form is received.
- 3 The claim form must be submitted within 24 hours of booking and at least 24 hours prior to check in.
- 4 Rate comparison will be made net of any taxes, gratuities or any other fees associated with the room rate
- 5 If the claim period covers multiple nights, each night of the booking will be compared separately

The Rate Guarantee does not apply to
i rates that are not publicly available eg corporate, agent, group or long term stay rates
ii negotiated rates available to pre-qualified members of various organisations
iii package rates that include the room and other components such as meals, activities, car rental etc - 7 The Blackstone Group reserves the right to amend, revise, suspend or discontinue the Best Rate Guarantee at any time without notice.
- 8 Any dispute arising from the Best Rate Guarantee will be governed by the laws of New Zealand
